![]() ![]() Speaking of books, there's actual difference between them in Sims3. Random actions: sims can sit on the edge of the tub and read. The really neat thing here is that it's an actual masterpiece painting that's been simified. This is one of the masterpiece options for the image. It's a much nicer effect in my opinion, much more realistic. Where in Sims2 it would just be a straight screenshot, in Sims3 it's run through a painting filter. This one's just cute: toddlers can climb in the toybox.ĭaA nice touch for 'still life' aka screenshot paintings. One of several examples of little easter egg type things that are hidden all over the town.Īnother one is the abandoned mine shaft. These are the alien rocks by the stadium of the default hood. Random shot of a catfish leaping out of the water. Now for the neat stuff in the area of capping and a few bits of gameplay. As the capper said "I wonder how he measures up to the hot dog?" Notice the guy in the background? Notice where he's looking? And then it's all made perfect by the thought bubble. Two brothers are defeated at Brawl by their dead father. Random blue guy choking himself in fear of. "Come and get it!" And he's just irritated because she's pulling him away from his level 50. Look, it's all the college relationships that go sour because the guy does nothing but play WoW when the girl wants sex. Interactions with Grim have been increased, or at least, they're easier to get to. Seriously this is halfway to a surrealist painting. This sim caught on fire and then calmly walked to the shower to put themselves out. Given the annoyed look on her face and the sheepish look on his face they're probably talking about lifting the lid. Of course it's clearly a random picture selection because who in their right mind would protest. One person speculated that they were protesting gay marriage. ![]() More protests! The shot I had was protesting clowns, now we have. This one is just a matter of pausing the aging animation at the right point. Which makes sense given that Sims1 animated gnomes would go swimming in the 'nectar press' and then stagger around drunk. They will sit and watch the TV and such, but as far as I know the bar is the only thing they climb on. Not while you're looking-they don't have animations-but every so often they change positions.Īs far as I've seen the bar is the only object they interact with this much. And they truly are magical because they move everywhere. You can fish them up or sometimes a gem sent off to be cut will turn into a magic gnome. You can't buy gnomes from the catalog anymore. ![]() Massive LOL on this expression at ice cream The expressions do work really well in the taunting and enraged categories. Big lips make the strange facial contortions even more obvious. She's the favorite sim in her owner's game and I can see why. ![]() Next we move to the images that are funny through no fault of a glitch.įacial expressions are still wonky, though they do grow on you. There must be some issue with gender checks because there's a person with Snake and Otacon married and Snake ended up pregnant without the aid of hacks.ĪPPARENTLY THE INCEST CHECKS ARE ALSO FAULTY The person with this game ended up with a whole family of updos. This is an isolated glitch (so far) where the game gives a male sim a female hairstyle when they age up. Since she was coming out of a hospital it is presumed that she was a burn victim. For some reason the game decided to low res her to hell. No one can figure out exactly what happened here. It's appropriate that the thought bubble has the question mark of the absent minded.Īpparently hot pans full of food can double as phones. In this case the Grim standing in the background had been stuck there for four in-game weeks. It's not a part of the simlish lexicon of pictures. The best part is the look on the homeowner's face. Apparently the repairman and maid managed to occupy the same space on the floor, which is not supposed to happen. The dangers of placing shelves behind sofas.Īnd this here is the NPC Frankenstein. So yeah, there's a LOT of issues with toddlers stretching constantly.Īnother thing is clipping, though it's really not a fixable problem. If my game has it then I haven't noticed it yet. Let's start things out with the glitches, shall we?Ī few people had the broken neck problem. There are a LOT of pictures, but if you only want to see one set then make it 'gobsmacking'. I just found the pretty pictures and random pictures threads on Mod the Sims 3 and thought you guys would like to see. This time none of the screenshots were taken by me. ![]()
